I have not experienced any lag at all using the wireless antenna for the 360 into my LinkSys router, although I can't use the microphone more often than not. You can pick the best hiding spot there is but someone can see where you are from a mile away. Job? What job? I would take issue with the red dot that shows your location to the enemy.
